Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Some items are subject to restocking fee.

- Sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
Process

Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at Jetwerxusa@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Prepare Your Return:
- Repackage the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Include the return authorization form provided by our customer service team.

Ship Your Return:
- Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at Jetwerxusa@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- We will ship the exchange item once we receive and inspect the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 321-301-0041 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
