The JETWERX Sea-Doo 1630 ACE LONGBLOCK is a fully built, high-performance engine designed for riders who demand serious power, strength, and reliability from their Sea-Doo.

Every JETWERX 1630 engine is built with the intended application and power level in mind. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all performance engine — we build the combination around how you plan to use your Sea-Doo.

FULLY SLEEVED WITH STEEL SLEEVES

Every JETWERX 1630 engine comes fully sleeved with steel RIVA sleeves.

We do not offer these engines with the factory cylinder configuration. The cylinder block is machined and fitted with RIVA steel sleeves to provide the foundation needed for serious performance applications.

The steel sleeve configuration provides additional strength and durability for high-cylinder-pressure, high-boost, and high-performance applications.

This makes the engine an excellent foundation for everything from aggressive recreational builds to serious hydro-drag and race combinations.

FORGED PISTONS

Every engine is built with Wössner , CP, or JE high-performance pistons..

Piston specifications and compression ratio can be configured according to the overall engine combination, fuel type, boost level, and intended use.

PERFORMANCE CONNECTING RODS

Depending on the selected configuration, engines can be equipped with premium performance connecting rods by CARILLO or MOLNAR designed to handle the increased cylinder pressure and RPM associated with high-output 1630 builds.

Rod selection is matched to the piston, compression, boost, RPM, and intended power level of the engine.

CUSTOM CAM & VALVETRAIN OPTIONS

For customers pushing the 1630 platform beyond conventional bolt-on performance, we offer custom camshaft and valvetrain configurations.

Available options can include:

• Upgraded valve springs
• Performance valves
• Cylinder-head modifications

The complete valvetrain is selected to work with the rest of the engine combination rather than simply adding individual performance parts.

You do not have to send us your original engine before we build your replacement performance engine.

This allows you to keep your current Sea-Doo together and operational while your JETWERX engine is being built.

TUNING & SUPPORT

Proper tuning is critical when increasing power on the Sea-Doo 1630 platform.

Fuel system capacity, ECU calibration, boost pressure, intake, exhaust, intercooling, and other supporting modifications must all be properly matched to the engine.

We strongly recommend having the engine professionally tuned for the exact configuration being used.

There is no warranty against engine failure, component failure, tuning-related damage, overheating, detonation, abuse, misuse, improper installation, racing, competition use, or normal wear.

By purchasing this engine, the customer acknowledges that all high-performance engine modifications carry inherent risks and accepts full responsibility for the operation of the engine.
